Light

About thirty minutes after I tucked Sebastian into bed tonight, I returned to his room as I do every night, to tuck him back into the blankets he has kicked his way out of. Although tonight, upon entering his room, I saw this.
A flashlight, a book, and the sweetest six year old boy to ever read himself to sleep.
Who could be upset with that?
Certainly not me.

Priceless, and so happy for you that you were able to capture it. And a childs innosence never ceases to amaze me, although my blog post today was a little different ;)

Priceless. Our daughter is six years old, and is that way with creating artwork. I want her to listen when it's time to go to bed, to get the sleep she needs. But it sure is impossible to get upset when she's doing something so wondeful. :)

Corey Ann,

It's wonderful that Sebastian loves to read. Nurture and encourage that. I think this is one of my favorite photos this year. The lighting highlights how lost in the book he is. A precious moment. Thank you for sharing.

I posted something I think you will appreciate.

Your Friend,
Deborah
