Yo-Yo Wreath

Yesterday afternoon while my youngest son was dreaming the afternoon away, I had the chance to whip up a little project that I have been thinking about for a few weeks now.

I call it the Yo-Yo Wreath.

Here are the items that you will need to make a wreath of your own.

A hot glue gun.
Glue sticks.
Burlap.
A foam wreath form.
Pre-made fabric Yo-Yo's.
Ribbon.
(And about thirty minutes of free time.)

If you might like to make one for yourself, please follow the easy instructions below.

Grab your hot glue gun and make sure that you have plenty of glue sticks!
Cut fifteen, 2 by 12 inch burlap strips, and set them aside.
Grab your foam wreath form.
Wrap the wreath using the burlap strips and multiple dabs of hot glue.
Start gluing on the Yo-Yo's in various areas of the wreath,
forming a cluster affect.
Determine whether you would like the Yo-Yo's to cover the entire wreath or...
Just a portion of it.
Grab a few pieces of a coordinating ribbon and create a loop at the top of the form,
from which the wreath to be hung.
Find a deserving spot in your home, hang and enjoy!
I hope that you are as fond of this wreath as I am. Have a Wonderful day!
