My little boys are in love with Maurice Sendack's, Where The Wild Things Are.
Brooklyn in particular has quite a soft spot for Max and his misbehaviors...
I found a torn copy of this classic at a thrift store and knew that I would end up putting it to good use.
Last night while making a plethora of paper snowflakes, the thought crossed my mind to make the boys a series of snowflakes using pages from the torn book.
Using a bit of imagination, a sharp pair of scissors and a few sprinkles of glitter,
I created these wild snowflakes.
I just love them.

Oh my goodness! I was thinking about doing this with wrapping paper, but these illustrations....wow! These are so fun AND gorgeous. Wow. Wow. Wow.
