To-Do's

My mile long list of self inflicted to-do's might never near completion.
Although, here are a few things I was able to complete today.

I finally found a way to use up the last bit of this scrumptious Amy Butler fabric.
Braided fabric rope.
I redecorated the world's tiniest fireplace.
I added the hardware to Brooklyn's new nightstand.
(Yes, we chose to paint it this color...)
We made some more signage for our Lemon Drop Event.
Sebastian thought that the glitter would give our sign just the right amount of
sparkle to catch an eye or two... Genius.
I caught up on our laundry.
(I won't say I enjoyed this portion of the afternoon.)
I watched these two splash about in the pool.

And then I enjoyed my supper underneath this beautiful tree.

Whew. What a day. I wouldn't have it any other way. Lucky, lucky me.

what a perfectly wonderful day! any day that you can spend time with your little ones & also sneak in some momma projects is always nice! i love the paint colors in brooklyn's room! when i was little, my mom always hand painted the furniture in my room & always used "different" colors. i have memories of having a room that was filled with warmth & made with love.
