Breathe

I am not a very good mover. I am a good packer, but the moving makes me a great big ball of anxiety. It comes in waves. One moment I am calm cool and collected, the next... a wreck. The good news is that we should be completely moved by tomorrow night. There is no bad news.
I have been so busy packing and keeping my children occupied in the midst of this change, that I barley have time to do my most favorite daily activities... Although, every so often I take a quick seat at the computer and touch base with a familiar online friend... This morning, it was Layla and it's a good thing I chose to visit, because her mention of this small book really made my day...

The return of perspective.
A Silent Reminder.
Amen.
On another exciting and fantastic note, my beautiful sister will be giving birth to a sweet new baby in October of this year. Kelly became a mother for the first time nearly ten years ago and has been a prime example of a mother throughout this time. I was lucky to have shared her birth experience with her that day long, long ago, and my life has never been the same. She's a natural. She took to that baby boy like an old pro, and has been absolute grace and beauty ever since. Needless to say, I can not wait to watch her progression throughout these next eight months., to become an aunt once again and to hold that little bundle of joy. A gift indeed.
Now here I go... Off to move mountains. Have a wonderful day!

Wonderful news! Congrats!

I understand well that feeling of anxiety and being overwhelmed. I usually keep moving so it doesn't catch up and hold me hostage.

Are you moving to a home in the same area?
