Invitations and Envelopes, Take Six

My hands have been busily tracing, cutting and glittering these last few nights, preparing Sebastian's birthday party invitations for the mail box next week! He decided that he would love to have a Monster Truck theme for his party this year, and the idea for his invitations came to me almost immediately. I traced and hand cut the trucks from card stock. Then added the wheels with small brads. I used the rear turning wheel as a way to display information about the party, so as you turn the back wheel, the information is revealed.
Lastly, I added his initial and his impending age for a bit of decoration and blue glitter to the front fender for just a little sparkle! Sebastian was thrilled with the way that they turned out. I am thrilled with the way that he has turned out and cant wait to celebrate another birthday with him.

So, I have to comment again....I made this monster truck card for my son today since he is feeling sick. On the wheel I listed things like I love you, Feel better soon, etc... thanks again for sharing the idea.
