Life With Little Ones Photography

I have a secret to share with you. A dream of mine is beginning to be realized. As far back as I can remember, I have loved photography. I don't just mean love it because it is fun to capture an image, I mean love it with a passion. I love the the weight of the camera in my hand. I love the feel of the shutter button pushing solidly against my pointer finger. I love the occasional burst of the flash and of course,  I love the the suspense of the pictures loading onto my computer, they're magic waiting to be reveled. A hobby of mine now for a solid number of years.
I have another secret to share with you. My husband Anthony lost his job last month after the company that he had worked tirelessly for throughout the past six years filed for bankruptcy. We panicked. We didn't know what we were going to do. We waited, and thought through our options. We counted our blessings and reevaluated our talents. For myself, being home with my children throughout the past six years has been a blessing larger than one can easily describe. The opportunity that my husband provided me with is the most generous and selfless act anyone has ever bestowed upon me. I always imagined the time for me to work outside of our home would be a few years from now, when both of our boys we enrolled in full time schooling. The thought had not crossed my mind that maybe now was the time to pursue a dream of my own, to tap into a talent I have been given.
The idea to promote my photography began to grow on me and even though at first it was a stretch for my confidence, I have gained momentum and managed to excite my friends and family as well. I think that I can do this. I think that I may be able to help my family survive in the interim. And in turn, I think that this may be an opportunity to branch out a bit, to grow and mature in a different direction. That's what life is all about right?  Sooooo.... Life With Little Ones Photography was born out of the best of intention, passion, excitement, the honest love of my camera and my hope to see you through it. Please feel free to follow me throughout this experience and see just where it may take me.
