Just a little something to add to this years Halloween decor, which will make it's debut on October the 1st, not a day later! (I LOVE this time of year!) Take an inexpensive wooden frame,( I bought mine for 1.00 each at Michael's craft store.) Then take a page of cute Halloween scrapbook paper, a paint brush and a bottle of Mod Podge along with about ten minutes of your time... Rip up the paper into small sections and adhere to the frame with the Modge Podge...Voile!
